Start your blenders! Project Juice nearing completion on Valencia Street.
Project Juice, the local juice shop created by Greg and Rachel Malsin, is gearing up for the opening of their new shop at 790 Valencia Street, which will add several delicious smoothie concoctions to their already fantastic lineup of healthy, organic and local cold pressed juices.
Greg approached zero ten design with the task of stepping up their look and feel for the new shop with a simple, clean, and inviting space that would support the Project Juice brand promise of providing superior flavor along with exceptional nutritional value.
The inspiration for the new smoothie bar design takes it’s cue from the simple fruit crate, but with a rustic modern twist. The columns and ceiling of the “crate” are clad in dark stained pine planks to help create an intimate and inviting space for patrons to browse the bottled juices, smoothie menu, and interact with the knowledgeable staff.
The “crate” takes shape. The grab & go juice case will be getting a cozy new home.
The dark stained wood not only creates a modern approach to the look and feel of a traditional juice bar, but provides a strong visual contrast to the colorful Project Juice materials palate, colors, and juice bottles.
Light gray stained ash counter tops provide indoor seating awash in natural daylight from the floor to ceiling glass storefront and a colorful info-graphic helps to not only greet, but educate patrons as they enter the shop.
What we started with…… …..and the final rendering.
Take a peek inside and look for Project Juice to start firing up their blenders on November 15th!
