John Rojas: founding partner, CFO

During John’s 30+ year career, he has had the great fortune to work on a variety of project types, from the planning and design of specialized retail centers, mixed-use projects, prototypical restaurants and custom single family homes. All have offered unique opportunities, be they designing on complex sites or within historic buildings, navigating public-private partnerships, or creating unique brands. Whatever the case, John personally enjoys simply rolling up his sleeves and working hand-in-hand with his clients in order to reach their goals.

Prior to forming zero ten design in 2012, John was a Senior Associate and the Director of the Specialty Commercial Studio at BCV Architects for over 15 years, where he was responsible for establishing the design concepts and overseeing the creative and financial aspects of all the projects with the studio.

John is a graduate and an ardent supporter of the University of Southern California (BArch 1991), and maintain the following affiliations:
