TELEGRAPH HILL REMODEL: SF

In 2015 our client contacted us about a possible remodel of her existing single-family residence located on the ground floor of a 3 story, 2 unit building on San Francisco’s Telegraph Hill. Initially, the agreed upon scope was only to for a minor remodel of the existing layout of spaces , focused on the kitchen, a new guest bath and a new master suite.

STORY

However, after an extensive review of the existing layout and the client’s needs, we came to the conclusion that the “right” solution was for a complete flip of the floor plan. This move dramatically opened up the entirety of the home’s more public spaces. Not only did our client get a more open plan, but the improved flow also allowed for a much larger master suite at the back of the home instead of off the entry.
The result is a timeless yet modern refresh for this wonderful turn of the century home. Zero ten design’s services included conceptual design through construction administration, including interior design services of all finishes and lighting throughout.
